Arrival in Switzerland
International flights to Switzerland arrive either in Zurich, Geneva or Basel.

From Zurich and Geneva airports, trains depart every half hour direct to Bern, the ride from Zurich airport taking 1 hr 20 mins and that from Geneva airport 2 hrs.

If arriving at Basel airport, take bus no. 50 to SBB train station, from where trains depart every half hour direct to Bern; total journey time is 1 hr 30 mins.

Visa
All participants are requested to organize their own visas and travel insurances. The convenors are not responsible for these issues, but are happy to provide Letters of invitations for registered participants (Invited Speakers, Visitors and Students) if requested. 

Financial Support
Please note that due to limited budgets, the conference committee and the corresponding organisations cannot financially support the travel of visitors and students.
